Individual therapy is a process in which you will work one-on-one with me in a safe, supportive and confidential space. I tailor my approach to each of my clients needs and together we address challenges unique to you. You will have the opportunity to explore feelings, beliefs or behaviors and develop coping skills that will help you to manage life as you know it.
